At Shop Attic, we’re committed to fairness and sustainability. Because many of our items are pre-loved or handmade, our returns policy balances buyer protection with respect for sellers.
Returns may be approved if the item you received is:

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned with new damage or missing parts.
All payments made through Shop Attic Checkout are protected. You’ll either receive the item as described or get your money back if your claim is approved.
Handmade or custom craft supplies are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or substantially different from the description.
Report missing parcels within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. If confirmed lost, you’ll receive a full refund.
